I am so happy to have these supervisors in one of very important periods of my life, even it is not too long.         IWHR: RCDR/IWHR where I worked in Beijing is like a family for me. It was this family who made me feel warm and made my stay in Beijing a pleasant experience. My sincere thanks are given to every member of this family and especially the supporters behind the stage.

        DALIAN & JINAN: During studying for my degree, I would like to thank my supervisor Prof. Maotian Luan ( Dalian University of Technology ) for PH.D. and Prof. Youjian XU (Shan Dong University) for M.S..
